Hi Mylot Friends, India is great in traditions, there are several holy rivers are there like Ganga,Yamuna, Brahmaputra in north and in south Godavari, Krishna and Kaveri. Every 12 years each river celebrating "Pushkaram" in India. This time Krishna Pushkaram will be held from August 12 to 23 of 2016. Krishna river flows along Krishna, Guntur and Kurnool districts of Andhra Pradesh, more than 20 million people/devotee took dip in the holy river on those days. The Govt of Andhra Pradesh is taking necessary steps to build " Snana Ghats" (bath bases) and arranging necessary requirements to the devotees on those days in several key places in these three districts.
