Removing a jinx

I'll be the first to admit to being a tiny bit superstitious, but a black cat crossed my path on what happened to be a Friday the 13th and I got laid off that day. True story. Current jinx removal, I changed my profile info. Originally I included info about my online earnings ($100/month) but in the last 2 months the sites that generated said income have dried up. Did I jinx myself? I know all about content mills, site closings and client changes, But, did I jinx myself? Just to be on the safe side I removed those jinxy $$$ from my profile. Will this bring my site back, who knows? I feel better, that's what matters. And today I started application for Copypress, so we will see if karma, harmony, and $$$ are back in place.
