There are so many people in my community that I really respected. But there is a person that I admired the most. Most of the childhood friends call him our own grandpa in the community. Our grandpa is admirable on how he handled his huge money after winning sweepstakes twice in a year. He invested his money by having yellow cabs in the city. The venture was so successful and he had earned respect from the community. During my childhood years, he inculcated in our minds that we need to save money, use it wisely and extend help to other people. As of this date, he had left so many memories in our minds and continued to remember him as a role model in the community.

I admire him, most people who won the lottery these days just waste their money on nothing but waste to the point of going back to their old state. I will never be like them and will chose to be wise to study and invest properly, because you will never have that kind of money ever again.

@Letranknight2015 Exactly, my friend. I had heard some stories about it. They had squandered their money and never think twice. It is like there is no tomorrow for them.

@Letranknight2015 I agree. I guess they need to have "Be Wise 101".

I do not have anyone such as the type you describe here, in my neighbourhood but in general I always had great regard for my doctor who is no more.

@allknowing It is really indeed that our family doctors could be inspiring, too.

Did he reall tell the people that he won the sweepstakes ? Didn't he fear for his life doing that ?
Lucky for him because he is a good handler of his winnings . At least he used it to keep him and his family financially secured in the future .
He indeed earned respect by being that .
