Today I will be working with the letter D. I am totally enjoying this, even though others are not following the challenge. But, I have reminded myself of so many different movies and songs and I am still in the process of learning how to find songs on YouTube and linking them to my posts. Can someone tell me how to do that.
My favorite food starting with the letter D: Doughnuts of course, although I don’t eat them very often. I especially like Krispy Kreme.
My favorite actor: Don Cheadle: I mention him because he did a fantastic job in the movie “Hotel Rwanda.” I just watched it a couple nights ago.
My favorite actress: Doris Day. I loved the TYPE of movies she made. Romantic comedies. I still like that type of movie.
My favorite movie: Hmmm. “Dave” That was an interesting movie.
My favorite song? “Do You Love Me?” by the Contours. I sing it all the time at karaoke and ALWAYS get applause. You won’t believe what happened the last time I sang it, which was recently at the beach. Some young man threw dollar bills at me, while I was singing. I’m serious. My friend picked them up off the floor and the man came over to my table after I sat down and told me that I had just made his day. He loved the song and hadn’t heard it for a long time. Yes, he had been drinking! Hah! He didn’t want his money back, so I got bought a drink with it.

I'm not sure what your challenge is. Also if you create a tag, people can use the same tag so we can see them in the you might also like column.

I don't know how to create a tag for my articles. I haven't learned that yet. Unless you mean the FIVE things we can put at the bottom of the page??? And I usually try to do that.

I'm basically just challenging myself to write about my favorite things, using the alphabet, starting with A. I concentrating on favorite foods, movies, actors, animals, etc.

I am trying to go through the whole alphabet. Some letters are more difficult than others, but I think its FUN to do and it IS a challenge.

Use any letter you want to use. I just started at A and plan to go through the entire alphabet. I think its FUN.

I sure have been fun with it and besides that I'm gathering a lot of information for my journal that I'm writing for my grandchildren.
