I think it call stock photos there is different apps that people can use to sell photos they took with their smart phones. My question is with the apps say some one sell some of their photos who get the right to the photo say I sell some of my phone photos well I a be able to still keep the rights to that photo? Ok that it for now.

You will always maintain the copyright as the author or creator of the photo. If you sell a photo, you are giving permission to use it, you are not giving up ownership or your rights. With stock photography, you maintain the right to sell the image multiple times and/or through multiple venues. I have the same photos on several different microstock sites. But also remember, that the buyer will pay a one-time fee for royalty-free use. In other words, the buyer can use the image as many times as they want without paying a royalty each time. If you sell through stock, make sure it is a reputable company. If it is some off-the-wall outfit, make sure you read the TOS (which you should do anyway regardless of the company) to make sure you are not signing your rights away.

once your photo has been sold, legally speaking, it's not now yours.

This app let you keep the right like the writing we do on sites like this if I read it right.

@trivia79 Sorry Adam, but that is incorrect. The author will ALWAYS maintain the copyright. By selling it, legally speaking, the author is simply giving permission to use it, not relinquishing ownership.
