Before Reddit's "After Dark", and even before "Creepy Pasta" there was a website entitled "The Shadowlands." I used to use this site all the time, reading about hauntings and sightings throughout the world. It was interesting to track down different urban legends and people's take on these. The site is still up but I do not think it's been updated in over two years. There is a lot to read for those who like to explore the supernatural and unknown. I thought it could be a good discussion starter for those who also enjoy this type of phenomena. If you'd like to check it out and discuss some of the tales you like the most? The site is They have tales of some of the more famous (Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, Lizzie Borden's Place, Edgar Allen Poe's House etc) but they also cater to small town hauntings from across the world. Do You Believe?
Dedicated to the world's mysteries such as ghosts and haunted places, UFOs, Bigfoot and Nessie, Crytozoology and many other mysteries.
