Number seven...

I had made a goal to "fix"/alter at least four of the bookmark photos/bookmark ads in my shop. This morning I was able to do number seven. :) I sure hope that this helps a bit with sales. :) Now I only have two bookmarks to redo the photos and listings on, and one that I saw that I need to redo the title on. I guess I'll look over all the ones that I've done once I'm through and make sure that all of them are "right" as according to the advice I've been given. :)

I'm not quite sure I understand. Do you have the actual bookmark in your house and then take photos of it to sell, or do you put together the photos some other way? I'm guessing that it's the photos you're selling and not the crossstitched items themselves? btw, this comment brought to you by, snowy22315.

I'm not sure why you would think that. I make the items and sell them, but I need pictures so people can see what they're buying.

@MarshaMusselman Oh, do you mean why the photo with the book and all? I was told that I should take photos of my bookmarks with actual books so that people would know what they were for. ;p My original photos in my Etsy shop weren't with books, so that's one reason why I'm retaking them.

@xstitcher Ahh, I didn't see what would be different with a photo, you're changing the backdrop. Makes sense. I know that on zazzle people use pictures on items,, but to my knowledge they only provide the pictures, the site provides the medium that people order which then puts the picked photo on them, or so I understand it to be. You are actually hoping to have orders for your cross stitch projects.

Glad you are still fixing, it does take some work getting it right, I think I need to take photos again.
