how do you deal with insensitive people? do you tell them in-your-face that they are insensitive? is that being insensitive yourself?

No, telling others that they are so insensitive is not bad, for they will be aware that what they are doing is not good and that they have hurt other people's feelings.

I agree with soulist. You have to be upfront and blunt with them. After all, that's the only way they'll get since they're insensitive.
