My intro to another site was: I wished I had met Elvis Presley . . . in the heavens I might just get a chance to visit the sweet singing man with the shy eyes and the comb of hair everyone desired. "Walk a mile in my shoes Walk a mile in my shoes Yeah, before you abuse, criticize and accuse Walk a mile in my shoes" - ELVIS Quite Ironic! The lyrics that come to mind after reading a post about people who suffer from Cancer, bravely they Hope, and bravely the cope! THERE IS AN OLD SAYING: “YOU CAN’T REALLY UNDERSTAND ANOTHER PERSON’S EXPERIENCE UNTIL YOU’VE WALKED A MILE IN THEIR SHOES.” So be supportive of Cancer people - it is not CONTAGIOUS!! Sometimes a little love can go a long long way.

I was listening to Elvis on the radio tonight, 'Are you lonesome tonight' live when he started laughing, and couldn't stop. I'd never heard it before...very funny!

@Inlemay I am often overwhelmed when I realise how much I don't know, and how much there is to experience in this amazing world!

I was an Elvis fan growing up. I went to one of his concerts when I was in California.

@Inlemay It was a once in a lifetime opportunity for me. I'll never forget the experience. I was married and pregnant at the time with my first child and even standing on the chair so I could get a better view of the stage and him. My husband wasn't happy I was standing on the chair
