Smoking causes Lung cancer....

So, I do smoke cigarettes, and know that it does give you lung cancer. I know, I know that I should stop smoking, but, it's very hard to. I've been smoking since I was 16 years old, and haven't stopped since. It is a hard habit to break. Do you smoke? If you do, how long have you been smoking? And if you don't smoke, THANK GOD THAT YOU DIDN'T START!!! LOL

Yes it can be very hard to try and quit I started when I was 18 so I know the feeling but recently I stopped .

@danny1971 When one is ready they can give them up but its not a easy task.

It gives you a lot more problems than just a higher risk of cancer.
