why would a person need medicine if he is healthy in first place,medicine market is here just to make us believe that having them will make us better yes it does make us better but why have them when you are healthy.

I think that people give themselves food poisoning with unsafe hygiene. Perhaps unscrupulous food businesses may also poison people but they are not likely to stay in business long

@karlmarxx Food poisoning is caused by germs such as salmonella and e Coli not by overconsumption. Yes we can make ourselves obese and ill if we eat too much of the wrong foods but this is not food poisoning in the accepted use of the term

food poisoning is also caused by overconsumption,and consuming more than what is required is a common sight among people who have money to spare

If we have no money or other valuable skill or asset that can be traded then we will not be healthy as we are unlikely to be able to get good food and shelter. Pursuit of money above anything else is stupid and will not makeus happy, but we all need a basic minimum
