Do you bed share with your child or even just co sleep with them? I have with each of my little ones. It was always different with each for about how long since they all have different needs from mommy. Typically I shared a bed with them up to the first 4 months and then when need. My 1 year old sleeps normally in our bed around 5am after sleeping most of the night in his own room in his crib. I still nurse him so if he wakes for a feeding around 5 am I put him in bed with us because I know around 7am is when I'll be getting up for the day and it's the quickest way to get him feed, back to bed and me back to sleep. We fall asleep right next to year other. When I get up I leave him in the bed and take care of the other two and come and get him when it's time to leave for the bus.

No I didn't. I was always afraid I'd move around in my sleep and hurt my baby. He did sleep in a bassinet next to us for about 3 or 4 months until he grew out of it. Then we moved him into his crib and he's been there ever since. I have no plans to let him sleep in bed with us unless he has a nightmare or something. Don't want it to become a habit. He will learn he has his own room and bed and so does mommy and daddy.

@DanieGirl80587 it's totally okay. People always don't know the difference since it's never really explained well.

Parenting is really a tough job but it is also rewarding. When I was child, my parents all the stuffy and taking good care of the other siblings. For them, there is no regret of showing the real meaning of responsibility.

Oh yes parenting isn't easy. Some days you wish there was a handbook but their isn't.

Some kids do that. My older two share a bedroom but not a bed.

When my son was a baby he slept with me when my husband wasn't in bed. My husband was always afraid he'd hurt him though.

My husband was the same away. Three kids later he is fine with sleeping with the kids. He's a heavy sleeper so I can't lave him long.
