Is Today the Day

Nope unfortunately today is not the day to go to the Lake.
The blizzard came through town here and the roads are closed in and out of town.
Most businesses have shut down including the doctors offices.
I guess I won't be able to make my doctor's appointment today as they won't be open.
The only good thing is right now it is not snowing out.
It was snowing and blowing like mad yesterday, when I went to let my dogs out yesterday I had a hard time with the door and the wind blowing some snow in the house.

How much snow did you finally get. You are in Minnesota right? My mom is originally from Minnesota.

@Marcyaz She is from Cloquet, which is about 16 miles west of Duluth.

I will have to look that up on the map as I don't know Duluth or Cloquet, I am in another part of the State and I understand it was about 14 inches and with the blowing the drifts are much higher.

Yes we just had one too Marcy.
I dont care but I worry for my Mom out in it.
