What if the company offer you a position lower than your expectation? Would you accept it? In some situations, there are companies offered different position for certain qualified applicants. However, it is totally lower than the position that you are applying for. In fact, it is one tactic of interviewer to determine the strength of the applicant. The manner of offering two positions would show how the applicant will convince them that he or she is deserving in a higher position. Of course, once you choose the higher position. Defending oneself on how to pass through the commitment of being in this position. What do you think?

Yes, that's the style of some . Put you first in a lower position so they will know how will you fare . Then just promote you when they see that it's way to easy for you on that job ,

@SIMPLYD I think we can also undergo some examination and practical application to determine the credibility of an applicant's innate skills for validation purposes.

Actually i will only accept a position that fits my qualification so if the position is lower than my qualifications then i will certainly reject.

@salonga It is always based on our qualifications. Some people were hired due to referral old system but they were incompetent for the job.

I dont have the luxury not to accept the job with the less pay or position. But if the work is worth fighting for, why not.

@alchemistrx It is also not justifiable to offer position that is not you are applying for. That kind of offer is insulting for the applicant.

well some company do that to test you and how to defend and prove that you are qualified to the higher position.
