I am less stressed now that I've had a career change. So that's that one managed.
My personal life is simple enough to not be too stressful.
My stress management steps are these:
1) remove "self-induced" stress. Stop hanging out with crazy dramatic people helps
2) be grateful to my responsibilities. Appreciate that I can still do things for my parents
3) career management. Is the job too much stress, if it is what change can I make to reduce stress
4) treat yourself. Exercise, eat right, have regular "me time", go travelling
These helps :)

I do this too and I love doing this alone. It is the best way to connect discreetly to the universe.

Awesome. I wonder if one day I will able to do some baking too. It has always been my aim to learn cooking someday. I need to get working this year.

So right. We spend so much time trying to change people's lives around us. At times, we need to think for ourselves too.

Have been late here.
My take is completely different. I do not believe in anything called Stress Management. Reason - Stress is not something natural to you. Things that are natural to you can be managed - Hunger, Time, even when you drink water. Stress is an acquired thing that happens because there goes something horribly wrong in some part of your bio - maybe life, maybe time, maybe overload... you get the hint. So if you really want Stress levels to come down - you have to first identify the point of origin. Next you have to give it a thought - how do you want to spend your time? In stress just because you have to be there coz of any reason or you want to spend it better.
Folks around me think this is crazy of me to think it this way because stress according to them comes from many reasons. But I am still clear that stress is not something that my body produces. It is external and things that are external need not be managed but gotten rid of, if they start creating issues.
Oh yes, I am still working on / refining this theory and as such, I might not have been clear as I wrote it.

Thank you for your views.
But I think it is not stress that is natural; the outcome of the stress is. By this I mean that Stress is itself the EXTERNAL things that you are referring to and the NATURAL thing is the TOXIN.
So we need to manage stress (whatever is causing it) to control the toxin release in our body.

I wish I could be like you. I cannot do both at the same time.
