Chuck roatr with potatoes and carrots simmering on top of the stove along with brussel sprouts. I don't like what Marde Gras represents so I don't anywhere near the parades and festivities that is happening right now all along the gulf coast. Schools in nearby Alalbama get a holiday today to go to the many parades in alabama today

@just4him Mainly Mobile, Balwin and perhaps Escambia county AL schools have this as a holiday as they have almost non stop parades from morning till real late in the day. In fact the three Alabama television stations showed the parades live on TV.

@just4him We went out to lunch, I had a coupon for a half pound cheese burger, steak fries and a drink at a local restaurant that we like for $5, how could we go wrong. The burger was so huge I brought home half.
