How to stay fit?

In order to stay fit, I make sure to drink at least 2.5 liters of water every day. I avoid sweetened drinks, carbonated drinks and energy drinks
Fish is better compared to meat.If you have a compulsion to eat meat, always eat white meat and avoid fatty meat.
Vegetables are important part of my daily diet. I eat vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cucumber so that my body gets necessary minerals and fibers.
