I invited my aunt from San Fernando, my cousin and his cousin by the other side for the weekend. They invite me often and I want to recieve them well.
It so happened that I have had to take care of my 5 year old granddaughter for 3 days so just now I will have to organize my work to have the house ready.
I watered the balcony plants, cleaned everyone of the dishes and made a small load of washing. So that is done and put away
The living room is topsy turvy and Leticia is at vacation. So Ithat will be my next chore.
After lunch. my daughter drove Sofia and me to the Super, took a nap while I shoped with her and then I called her to come and pick us up when we were ready. Sofia behaved like a true princess, my daughter had a good nap and I bought everything I needed for the weekend.
I´ll mylot a tiny bit before straightening the living room. Hopefully noone will come until my visitors arrive.
Do you do a housecleaning of sorts before having overnight guests?

Normally I would not need that, but with Sofía at the house, I will have to look for toy pieces under the chairs.
