It's kinda embarrassing experience but our toilet seat broke a couple of days ago and I thought there's no replacement for this thing. But then I remember one time when the other rest room's toilet seat got replaced. So, Mom got a new today, and I thought of replacing it was hard because I couldn't unscrew both ends until I just decided to go hulk! and ripped it apart, which wasn't hard

Way to go my friend! I never tried that ripping it off. The masculinity brings forth the strength from you.

Toilet seats wear down over time, nothing to be embarrassed about. We've had to replace a few here and there ourselves.

Hello @ScribbledAdNauseum But what I really want replace is the toilent tank, when some one checked they said it's damage beyond repair and it literally need to be replaced the whole tank. that reminds me of going to that store and look for a second hand.

yeah, I didn't realize it until this year alone. I was even shocked mom knew they can be replaced but she did it already when she measured the other toilet seat. @infatuatedbby

@rakski the weird thing is, they don't have a screw and just as I was about to replace them with wood nails there's no end hole to it. it's still all plastic I think.

of course, you gotta to clean it first before you replace it. I was thinking of just drilling the joints and put some nails on the wholes instead of replacing it but i don't have a drilling device here. @Lucky15

It's doing fine, it turns out that the previous one had totally worn out of it's own strength since it's been around for decades. @wiLLmaH
