Good day today state tax refund I just got today

Good day today. I just got my New York tax refund back with that and my federal tax refund that money will be going for my food cart business. I should be open by may 2016 Now if my area has a early spring. Then I can open up early .Now this month I be working on my menu to see what else I can sell beside the hotdogs, I am looking at Vegi dogs. They have to. Be able to last in steam table with out falling a part and have A good holding time. Will be talking to health inspector soon to see what I can and can not sell.OK that it for now.

Yes I know polish kabas. Not spell Right but need the right brand That could stay in water for a while For it to stay hot.
