foreign movies, anyone?

In the western world, foreign movies normally refers to the movies made in the languages other than English. However, for people who use English as second language (in India) or do not use English at all (in France, for example), English is a foreign language.

I am a watcher of foreign non-English language movies. I mainly love French films though watch other countries.
