She Found Me!

My ex's girlfriend, somehow found my Facebook account. I do not know if she is really asking for it, or what her deal is, but she "followed" me. Apparently, it seems that she is now going to receive updates from me whenever I post something publicly. Of course I do not need people like that in my life. I blocked her immediately. I would want to know why she felt like there is a need for her to know me, or stalk me. But my need to know her motives does not override my want for peace.

Good decision that you just blocked her.

I hope now she stops bothering me. Just an FYI, my ex is in the Philippines now and supposedly is about to meet the other girlfriend. What a mess! I am glad that I am soon done with that life.

@nottoooldtowrite Yes he is. According to my brother, whom he still talks about his affairs with hopes of being in good terms with us still, he met the new other girlfriend at Oyster Boy near Gateway Mall and she works at a call center. There are times that I want to warn her, but I know I cannot do so without getting back to that mess and having to deal with him again. I just feel sorry for the poor innocent girl who will fall prey to his lies.

Add those who are closest to you as "close friends" and that will eliminate anyone who is not in that category from viewing your page or posts.

You will need to specify that the posts are only for close friends though.

Maybe she accidentally followed you. But I agree, blocking is the way to go because why would you want her to be able to stalk / follow your life.

I know what you mean! There was this one time that I am just looking through someone's profile using my mobile phone, and by scrolling using my fingertips, I accidentally pushed "Send friend request".

What a weirdo. Blocking her is pretty much the only response, but she can still log out and check up on your public posts even though she can't access them when she's logged in.

And that is why I restricted my Facebook to those who are my friends. But you are right, she can pretty much just create another dummy account to check me out.
