Do You Love M&Ms?

Remember the movie “The Wedding Planner”? It starred Jennifer Lopez and Matthew McConaughey. No biggie if you can't recall. It wasn't all that good of a movie. Nevertheless, there were moments in the film that one remembers, even though they give the movie two out of five stars.
The character played by McConaughey pointed out, that he only ate the M&M candies that were chocolate coated because he reasoned that they were less processed than the colored ones with man-made ingredients. 
Though the remark was memorable, I took no thought of it until this article was published. It turns out Mars intends to remove all dyes from M&Ms.

Mars has finally decided to remove artificial dyes from M&Ms in the US 10 years after doing so in the UK.

I enjoyed the Wedding Planner and watched it several times, but not lately. THat's probably good that they're removing the dyes from them, maybe others will follow suit.
For my favorite, I prefer the peanut, almond or peanut butter ones rather than particular colors which happen to taste the same.

My husband recorded The Wedding Planner and has a video to replay whenever. He's a J-Lo fan, Puerto Rican beauty. I like Matthew McConaughey. He's a Texas boy. Represent!

I do love m&m's but really only the peanut kind. Plain m&m's do nothing for me, and some of the others are good, but peanut m&m's...love in a bag!

Plain or peanut? 
I come from a large family and we siblings had our preferences. I liked the peanut but chose the plain because you got more in the bag! It was just economics. Wanted my 10 cents to go as far as it could! M&Ms are a sweet childhood memory for me.

LOL. That's funny! The interesting history of this company is that they were first successful in the UK before making a home in the USA. Also, another trivia / tidbit? There was an entertainer – he was a rock star but can't remember his name. One of his contractual requirements when he went different places to perform was that his dressing room be stocked blue M&Ms. Crazy huh? I know! If I had that kind of celebrity power no way I would have picked the blue one!
