The Chico river is one source of fishing spree for the locals. It is one of the favorite destinations for picnic beside the river. In summer time, the weather is so hot and the river would be the best place for swimming. The body of water stretches along the province of Kalinga. In the end part of Poblacion of Tinglayan, Bunog river from the south part meets together as downstream to the nearby places such as Barangay Ambato-Legleg of Tinglayan, Kalinga. Some tourists used to have water rafting in this river during summer season in the Philippines. You are welcome to have fun in this area.

This is embarrassing we're from the same country but somehow I forgot where in the Philippines, Kalinga is located. This is also the first time I've heard of Chico river and I think it's a very interesting place to visit

@hexeduser22 It was really a far flung area. It could be worth to try while traveling on a rough road. The place is farther than Sagada.

it's very far but I think it's worth the journey
