EMPLOYEES SUING A COMPANY-LEGAL DILEMMA

Dear all, kind assist me with your honest perspective in this case. One of our unionized employees went to court to contest the company's decision to re-deploy him to a position outside of our main operations. Being a union representative, he argued that he was being denied his right to participate in union activities. The justification for his re-deployment was 2 recent cases forwarded by two of our clients citing non-performance to the required standards. A disciplinary hearing was held to prove these claims beyond reasonable doubt before the re-deployment was done. The court issued an injunction overruling the redeployment and demanding the staff to be reinstated to his original position before his case is heard. The staff was sent on leave until the hearing of his case the following month. The leave period has long expired. The client to whom our employee was forwarded has indicated that he should not be deployed again to their operations, whereas the court on the other hand does not agree with his redeployment. His hearing was rescheduled for next month!! Ladies and gentlemen, how would you handle this dilemma?
