Helping Alcoholic Uncle

I have an uncle who is alcoholic. He has been to rehabilitation center.After staying 30 days, he came out sober, but just in a week he again went back to alcoholism. He also has clinical depression and diabetes. Alcohol is making is condition worse. How do I help him?

I think he has to help himself first before people can help and support him. I don't think there's much we can do but pray that he starts realizing he must change before it's too late.
