I Eat Often Now

I forgot which mylot user was it, but I remember someone advised that to help lose weight, it is better to eat at least 5 small meals a day (and healthy foods like fruits) instead of 3 major ones which are bigger in portions and higher in calories. Since then, I have been eating 5-6 times a day, but the meals in between consist mainly of almond nuts or babybel cheese, or apples, or oranges. I also drink plenty of water, and I felt lighter in a sense that the feeling of bloated-ness lessened. Hopefully I can keep up with this. Eating often lets me avoid bingeing and eating unhealthy food as I do not get too desperate to eat just about anything since I do not feel the painful hunger pangs.
