Is the towel clean or dirty?

After you take a bath you're clean but wet, so u dry yourself with a towel. Why do you have to wash the towel? Isn't it clean?

lol,i think it gets a certain smell after many uses and aeverybody likes the fresh smell of a clean towel:)

I let my towels dry and will re-use them several times to save on doing laundry

No because the water makes your skin rub off easier which goes all over the towel. Are you saying you never wash your towels?! Nasty!
