new plan in 2016

not so busy at the beginning of the year ,so still have time to accompany my families. tomorrow will have a short rest ,have a family meeting and write down our family plan in 2016. i just finish our company plan in 2016 this afternoon and talk it with our boss .we hope that everything will go on smoothly. i will work hard in this year too. nowadays ,no paid no gains ,have paid have gains.
