Sometimes we will experience stabbing pain in the neck and shoulder areas of the body which is generally taken as routine which we should not. Once the pain is felt in these areas it is always necessary to look back whether if you had any splash injury while driving a bike or car which often results due to sudden backward and forward movement of the neck area. the shoulder and neck pain will in most of the cases will be an indication of possible heart attack. Sometimes it always indicates cervical spondylitis which is degenerative disc movement which is horrible to bear with. Sometimes it is also due to improper postures during long sitting at the desk and even over straining the neck area lifting the weights disproportionate to one's own body strength. The best and safe treatment if it is not an indication of Heart Attack is to approach a Kerala Ayurvedic Centres where it can be tackled with utmost care just by using Oils and light massage. The method of treatment they give is known as PANCHAKARMA where an oil is heated to a desired level and allowed to fall drop by drop in the area surrounding it with flour paste. this is quite safe and effective method where one need not take any medicine or injections.
