Fickle as the weather

The weather in my area is being fickery. One moment its not raining then sunddenly it would rain. This lead me to thinking about the famous line that usually connects to woman as fickle minded people. Do you think that women change thier minds often? Or it depends?
As for me, I think the woman today are more empowered and well informed of all the happenings unlike before . In that line of thinking they are less likely to change their minds or being indecisive because noeadays they know what they want and what they dont want.

I don't really know about most women, however I think that when I make my mind up that I stick with my decision. Now it may take some time to make up my mind by going through pros and cons and making lists to determine the best course for myself, but once I have that's it I'm sticking to it...Unless I change my mind again cause I'm a women and I can. 
Just kidding I stick to my decisions after carefully considering all options.

Hahaha! Yeah I guess we have the right to change our minds because we are females.?? kidding aside , i think the fickle mind only applies to shopping because there are a lot to choose from.

The weather you experienced does resemble how we change our minds often. My mind changes a lot when I'm shopping like you mentioned below.
