severe pain in abdomen

hey friends, I have having severe pain in abdomen...and I don't know why it is happening....I am not constipating , not felling any gas....but still don't know why it is happening.....If still persists like that, Then I have to go to doctor....but before that I am thinking to try some home remedies like lemon water etc....can anyone suggest any home remedies for instant relief from abdomen pain???....I don't want to take medicine or to go to doctor.....
