It is not literally said, but some companies are not that fully understood the impact of being ready to operate. Right after accomplishing the appropriate requirements in putting up a business, they should know the standard practices needed for the company to be effectively do the management, particularly the business and personnel. I had seen some companies updates their rules or policies that is too abrupt, seeing an employer files complaints then the next thing to happen the flaws will be corrected right away, trying to straighten up the failure in the management. That employer represents the guinea pig of the company, how many more employees that need by the company to oversee the shortcomings of the company? It is the fact that they are operating without the proper knowledge of basic business management. They should set the necessary standard prior to the operation, since the abrupt changes can be noticed the down line of a certain company.
If they continue such old system, the employees are going to disperse in finding the trustworthy company. The management is the core of the company to achieve its common goal of being successful. It will not be attainable if the company continued to set standards that are only for the sake of business gain and not for the employees to grow in the company. The matter of time ticks as the development of company increments to its desire to be in the business world. However, the quality declines as the employees are demotivated with the false hopes of the administration.
