If we are so delicate, we tend to judge other people so easily. If we are open-minded, we see the inner beauty of other people. I was walking along alley to the market. Then I saw a man with greasy clothes talking to himself. Some people are trying to move away from him and others whispers as they walk. I am not trying to clean my head off, instead of scrutinizing the person, and then better ask for help from social services. It is one of their job related mission. However, even the government agencies cannot render their full service under jurisdictions.
