Some people will misinterpret if we blink to other people. It will give bad impressions, especially for women. On the other hand, it is a sign of having medical condition named as "tic disorder". The common sign is the uncontrollable blinking of an eye. For people experiencing such condition is troublesome and feels insecure about it. Whenever we see people blinking their eyes, we need to be a keen observant; it is simply not giving a bad impulse to us. Instead, we must be open and be considerate in empathizing with their condition. We need to be broadminded with some medical conditions inflicted to other people.
