Kindergarten! / myLot

On the 23rd my husband signed our daughter up for preregistration for kindergarten. I can't believe she us already 5 and ready to start school. She has already done almost 1 year of preK through the county we live in. They are paying for her to go this year. Next year school,is for free. I would love for her to get into full day K but if she can't we will live with half day K. As a stay at home it doesn't matter if she gets in full day or half day. I will make it work with my babysitting job either way. I'm excited that she will be going and nmeerinf new friends. I get to meet new parents of children that will probably become friends with my daughter. She is a big sister so she can go up to any kid and just start playing with them with no problem.

Very exciting! Does she join school immediately or have to wait until September? I'm sure your daughter will have lots of fun, new friends!

This is for the fall. All the kids that just signed up are going to start in the fall. She was born after September of 2010 since she was a Jan baby of 2011 so she goes to school this up coming fall in 2016.

They grow up to quickly. My niece will be turning 5 in November so she will be starting school next year it's crazy how fast they grow.

Yes, it is crazy how fast they grow. After next year my middle child will be going into Kimdergsrden as well. They have cousins the same age as them, so they are all going to school at the sa,e time.

It is crazy how time flies. We'll be doing the same with our eldest this time next year. We'll be registering her for kindergarten. I know she's excited for it, but I'm not sure I'm emotionally ready for it.

I'm so ready for my oldest to go. I don't miss that much during the day it's her personality she will drive you nuts but I love her. I might cry with my other two go.
