I have always been asking myself, why is it that some of the successful people are those who were not graduated from school? So does it mean that education are not important anymore? What matters most is you know how to write and read? In my own opinion, what's the most important for me is being a hard-working person. what do you think?

I think they just work hard. They think that their lacking on educational attainment won't stop them from being successful

There are different reasons why a pupil/student doesn't succeed at school. The fact that some successful people weren't good at school does not mean that bad students will become successful adults.

For me education is important. Some people may be successful but after being successful they too try and educate themselves through private tutors or through online classes. Success is something but managing it requires education. You may have a great business but you have to have a little know how of mathematics to see the accounting department, a good knowledge of current affairs and should be well read to strike a good conversation.
