The company used to conduct hiring selection for the aspiring employees, the recruitment process. The potential employees can stay in years if the company can provide the basic needs and the management showed a remarkable great opportunity. It is not necessary for the decruitment, if the company is growing. However, some companies lay-off employees to prevent losing of profits. That’s a bad sign that the company is starting to cut down their expenses. Depending on the situational analysis, recruitment shows the high incidence ratio over decruitment.

Recruitment shows company's progress and stability while decruitment shows company's debt and financial crisis. We saw in previous financial crisis many companies shut down their work in gulf and Europe it badly effect the economic sector.

@shshiju It is indeed a sign that a company is not into prosperity and recruitment declined because of so many factors. When it does happen, we need to have plan B to move out.
