I have heard that chocolate, in moderation, is supposed to be good for the body. I was wondering if chocolate helps to calm a person? Do any of you believe so?

If you are not addicted to it, chocolate is actually good for the health. I heard that the black chocolate will be helpful for the veins. And the chocolate will make people feel happy. Perhaps it is a good natural food to prevent from depression.

For kids, they will become hyper after munching the chocolates. It is not applicable for child with ADHD.

Dark chocolate with a high cacao count is supposed to be good for you. Don't know if it's calming or not.

That was what I was wondering about exactly. Come to think of it, I do feel a bit calmer when I have a piece of Hershey's chocolate. I just have to be careful of addiction.
