Recently I purchased a one quart crockpot made especially for 12 volt adapters. It can be plugged into a big truck, RV or automobile.Eating out over the road can become expensive and after a time everything is always the same menu.My first experiment was pork roast with a california medley of frozen vegetables consisting of red potatoes, onion, peppers and carrots. This dinner provided two additional meals of pork fajitas and pork ramen.I made steak fajitas and an additional meal of tortilla soup was made from leftovers. The chile dogs, spaghetti and macaroni and cheese dinners go quickly, as we both are particularly fond of these meals.

What a good investment my friend. Nothing like a home cooked vs eating out on the road. Bet that was delicious.

Excellent idea to have a crockpot in the RV or big truck.

That sounds like a great idea when you are traveling. Plug it in when you start out in the morning and dinner is waiting at the end of the day.
