Alone in the Drive Thru

After running some errands - I called my boyfriend and asked if he wanted to eat anything for lunch since I'm nearby several food spots. He said In & Out would be nice. So, I pulled up to In & Out (a common burger fast food) - and even on the weekdays it was quite busy! There was 5 cars ahead of me and that was literally like a 15 minute wait. I was so bored. Just sitting in the car listening to music gets me curious what do you do when you're alone in the drive thru? Is this your opportunity to whip out your phone and browse without the risk of being pulled over? I know if I had my boyfriend in the car or someone else we'd be talking. I just sat in the car observing my surroundings, staring into space literally. It felt so long in the car.... Image Credits -

Back when I owned a motor vehicle, I'd just listen to music.

@teamfreak16 That is cool! Especially getting in 1,000 miles at least on your bike.

I've never used a drive-through - we don't have many in England.

I would have parked and ordered inside the restaurant. But no fast food for us.

I will do that next time. I try not to eat fast food very often but I can't help cravings sometimes.

I don't think I have ever waited in a drive thru for 15 mintues. They usually go quickly here. Maybe because we aren't that big of a town and none of our restaurants are ever that busy anyway. So I don't have much time to do that much...

Oh it was crowded, it's always crowded especially during lunch + dinner + rush hour. Even the lines inside is at least 15 minutes too even more sometimes!

I do prefer to go in but I thought the drive thru line wasn't that crowded. He-he sometimes I get carried away from so much on the menu and want everything too!

Either I listen to the radio, jot down a To Do list or delete messages in my phone.
