What will you do at your office if you are not satisfied?

You are best at your job profile, but still you are not happy with some other employees, because they are hurting you repeatedly as you are a emotional guy. what will you do in that case? Whether you will avoid them and concentrate on your job, or complain against them to your superior or just leave that office after getting continuous irritation and emotional hurt?

I think that is a situation that needs to be critically looked at. There is always two sides of the story and maybe there might be a way as to why they behave the way they do

when you say they are hurting you, what do you mean by that? Are they constantly joking around and making you the star of their jokes? I think it is best that you inform a superior about it. Avoiding them will only make them look for their next victim.
