How do you enjoy all the free stuffs online ?

There are many free stuffs online where you can download or just ask those website to send it to you by mail (your need to pay for the postage and it is reasonable). Some of the websites even pay you to try out their products and maybe ask you to write a brief review on the products as well. there are many free stuffs or you if you don't mind to leave your email in their autoresponder (it is free because they want to build up their list and sell more things for you in the ling run). Are there any real free stuffs without any catch. Of course a big yes from me. However, some are not really free and it maybe be a trap for you, so it is better to be careful and stay alert on everything online. But still, as long as it is save enough, free stuff online are really traesures for all of us. What do you think ? Share with us ?
