With three year olds you do need games just let the,my for the most party. Maybe do a pin the tail or,stick a sticker to something. Theme is important to know what you want to do with anthem you can decided better food and what to do.

For kids games that small I would suggest duck suck goose and musical chairs. Those are simple games that could be easily explained to 3 yr olds. As for food, I would keep it very simple but fun at the same time. I would suggest Pinterest for ideas for toddler parties. Hope she has a happy birthday.
