Death Penalty - Should I or not?

In many countries it is well known that there is in force the death penalty, in my country it was never approved, but there are people who say that no one is God to kill an inmate. Other people think that if there is the death penalty (in countries that are not yet approved) had more people who would value the lives that they ruined forever. What do you think about? Should be the death penalty in all countries? or it should be absolutely prohibited? justify your answers friends.

It shouldn't exist. The problem is how you might do justice with some awful people, We can't be good if we try to be fair, so there would never be justice. The only way will be that they wouln't have committed these acts but we can't do something for it.

@checky99 Yes, as I said a while is a human being very big dilemma ... We do not know whether to apply the positive law or Natural Law ... Law or Life?
