Have you read the book of Esther? If you like to read exciting stories, I recommend you to read the book of Esther in the Bible. You can also listen to the book in jw.org - Just click on Publications and then Bible, and you will find some different translations and a couple of them are also in audio form.

I am reading Esther at this time and it shows that God will never allow his people to be eliminated by their enemies.

Yes, no human can change God's plans for the future. He can use even pagan kings or anyone else to do his will.
