Everything will be on the line this week in the New England area as the America East Men's Basketball Tournament begins today. Here are the quarterfinal games. Hartford at Albany University of Maryland-Baltimore County at Stony Brook Binghamton at New Hampshire Vermont at Maine UMass-Lowell is not eligible for this season's tournament because they are still transitioning into the America East Conference. After watching Stony Brook agonize year after year, I will pick them to win this tournament.
