First sounds of thunder....

So I have been eagerly waiting for the rainy season. As crazy as it sounds for someone like me who suffers from seasonal depression, I actually like the rainy season. I get depressed in the winter. But the rain doesn't do anything bad for me.
I like sitting out on the front porch watching the rain fall and listening to it hit the ground around me. It is almost a soothing feeling for me.
Tonight I am sitting in bed watching TV, and myLotting and I hear outside my window the sound of thunder. I am eager to get up and see if it is raining.
Do you like rain? What effect does rain have on you?

I love watching the rain fall too and watching a thunder storm. I can't wait for this season either but more so i can't wait for warmer weather which is arriving next week so i'm excited about that.

No thunder here but it has been very foggy at night. I don't like thunder much but rain occasionally. The sound is very therapeutic and as weird as it may sound - I love the smell of rain.
