That means don't tell people you will give them links to join sites if they send you a message about it.

@fidato09 You can send personal messages, of course...they wouldn't have them if you can't use them. You can't send people messages about joining other sites.

You are doing good asking for clarification. And you must have noticed that people are always ready to help here and very friendly. BUT remember they don't tolerate rules breaking or any abusive or offending language. You are doing just fine. Keep it up and you will be having a great time here.
