I do this when I'm in a heap of trouble...

I often find myself thinking about the future, about my life, my work, my husband, my friends and basically what to do with my life and whenever (especially) there's a problem that needs to be solved. (And so) through my reading, I learned about Tony Robbins. (if you guys are wondering who he is, he's the really tall "guru" in Shallow hall) Anyway, I find him really inspiring. Well for one thing, he makes a lot of sense. so I find myself watching and listening to his videos in youtube lately and I noticed little changes in me (which are pretty cool, actually) it just makes me proud of myself, y'know. I mean most of us, whenever we have problems the first person(s) we look for are actually the ones who help us the least. We incessantly talk about our problems and what happened at home and we bask in the glory of having our emotions verified and more often, we are content knowing that it's not only us who is suffering; and another one within our circle has the same ill-fated lives we hate so much. So anyway, maybe next time (you don't have to take my word for it) instead of turning to people who will just gossip about us and our problems or judge us because of our decisions, maybe we should just help improve ourselves by learning and maybe the next time we are plagued with problems, we'd know better.

yeah, it's great to have good friends like the ones you have. Others are not so lucky.
